Eddy joined leaders in business and government from across the African continent for 3 days of networking, sharing, and learning in Mauritius at the African Leadership Network Annual Gathering. He sat on a panel with Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, one of the foremost African economists and intellectuals, where they discussed the future of youth leadership on the continent. Eddy was invited in his capacity as an expert in youth and economic development and as an emerging leader in the social impact sector. Reflecting on his experience at the invite-only event, Eddy shared that he is humbled to share his work with Kenyan youth at continental level. Similarly, he shared his excitement to share best practices in governance and development from the numerous success stories across the continent with Migori residents.
The African Leadership Network (ALN) is a community of the most dynamic and influential leaders working to create change in Africa and the community aims to contribute towards Africa’s prosperity by strengthening relationships between leaders to encourage collaboration.
